The Preschool completed their first big project by making their own Fall Trees! There was a lot of work involved including learning how to use scissors! Scholars started by cutting short snips of yellow, red, green and orange paper to make leaves. Next each scholar cut long cuts to make a tree trunk. The last step was gluing the trees and leaves onto construction paper. This year’s trees got an extra touch of fancy by getting sprinkled with glitter! This is very hard work for our youngest scholars. It requires fine motor skills, planning and hand/eye coordination. Check out the pictures of our cutting skills!
